Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis and Strategic Action Programme for the Songwe River Basin Development Programme

Welcome to our website dedicated to the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) and Strategic Action Programme (SAP) for the joint Songwe River Basin Development Programme. Our mission is to support the sustainable management of transboundary water resources in the basin and to promote community and economic development in Tanzania and Malawi. The SRBDP is an ambitious program aimed at achieving the goal of sustainable management of transboundary water resources through the implementation of various projects, including the “Strengthening Transboundary Cooperation and Integrated Natural Resource Management in the Songwe River Basin (STCINRM-SRB).” This 4-year project is part of a broader collaborative effort to manage the region’s natural resources effectively.
